A flipped over pool and a moldy ball

Everything has it’s season, But only for a while
Hello, Everyone:)
I saw this pool, along with a moldy ball on the roadside today, and I thought of how many memories that were probably made during the summer season. All the laughter, and possible tears when it was time to get out of the pool.
I snapped a picture to share it with you all. It led me to think about how quickly time is passing and the seasons seem to come and go so quickly.
ECCLESIASTES 3:1-8
1 To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven:
2 A time to be born,
And a time to die;
A time to plant,
And a time to pluck what is planted;
3 A time to kill,
And a time to heal;
A time to break down,
And a time to build up;
4 A time to weep,
And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn,
And a time to dance;
5 A time to cast away stones,
And a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace,
And a time to refrain from embracing;
6 A time to gain,
And a time to lose;
A time to keep,
And a time to throw away;
7 A time to tear,
And a time to sew;
A time to keep silence,
And a time to speak;
8 A time to love,
And a time to hate;
A time of war,
And a time of peace
Solomon’s point in this section is that God has a plan for all people. Thus, He provides cycles of life, each with its work for us to do. Although there are many problems we face that seem to contradict God’s plan, these should not be barriers to believing in Him, but rather opportunities to discover that, without God, life’s problems have no lasting solutions!
Timing is important. All the experiences listed in these verses are appropriate at certain times. The secret to peace with God is to discover, accept, and appreciate God’s perfect timing. The danger is to doubt or resent God’s timing. This can lead to despair, rebellion, or moving ahead without His advice.
What is the purpose of life? It is that we should fear the all-powerful God. Fear does not mean to cringe in terror, but to respect, revere, and stand in awe of God because of who He is.
The purpose in life starts with whom we know, not what we know or how good we are. It is impossible to fulfill your God-given purpose unless you fear God and give Him first place in your life.
Awesome…and we all need to be reminded there is a time for everything…but to slow down and savor life’s simple pleasures, family and God’s beauty all around us! Great job sis!

I have a hard time dealing with time. I hate how quickly it passes and yet after something happens, time makes it feel almost as if it didn’t ever happen. This is why I love pictures so much! I must embrace the way things are in this life and how things don’t seem to slow down. I am trying to find peace in each day and with where I am in life. Acceptance is key to God’s perfect will and timing.

Every day I find myself asking for more time… No matter how early I wake up to how late I wait before falling asleep. It’s not about more, it’s about what I do with the time He provides.
